Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Sean spent two decades at IBM as an Electrical Engineer, contributing to cutting-edge technologies — including work on IBM Watson — and earning multiple awards for innovation and leadership. He later transitioned into mortgage banking, where his analytical background and client-first approach propelled him to become a top-producing originator and branch leader at PRMG, funding over $130 million and more than 200 loans annually.

Today, Sean combines his technical expertise with his passion for people and performance — helping originators scale their business, streamline production, and deliver exceptional results for borrowers and partners alike.

Now living in New Jersey with his wife and child, Sean enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, diving, and live music — a balance of focus and fun that mirrors his approach to leadership.
