Phillip Morris is the Chief Operating Officer of Kyber Mortgage Corporation and HyperSmart Home Loans, bringing more than 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, business management, and strategic operations.

Phillip began his mortgage career in 2004 and quickly earned recognition as a top-producing originator and trusted mortgage advisor. His hands-on experience in loan origination, processing, and leadership gives him a unique ability to streamline operations and empower loan officers to deliver an exceptional borrower experience.

Before joining Kyber, Phillip held senior lending roles at several national mortgage lenders, and earlier in his career managed strategic operations for a Fortune 500 client portfolio. His leadership philosophy centers on efficiency, communication, and creating lifelong clients through personalized mortgage solutions and worry-free closings.

Based in Houston, Phillip is a devoted husband and proud father of three. Outside of work, he served as Board Chair for a local outreach program, was the Treasurer for his sons’ Cub Scout Pack, and volunteered regularly with local youth sports organizations.
