Ali Hedayatifar

Ali is recognized as being in the top 1% of lenders on production level nationally by the Scotsman Guide and Mortgage Executive Magazine in 2020 and 2021. He is also recognized as the #54 loan originator in the nation for non-qm loans by the Scotsman Guide in 2021. Ali and his team regularly handle complex real estate financing for entrepreneurs, doctors, attorneys, executives, investors, celebrities, professional athletes, fund managers, and other high-net worth clients.

Ali grew up in Austin and later earned a BS from Baylor University in Economics. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University and entered private law practice as an attorney at regional and national law firms representing large banks, government enterprises such as Fannie Mae, and national mortgage companies during the financial crisis. After the financial crisis Ali transitioned from law practice to building financial institutions, insurance, and real estate companies in private equity as the President of a private investment company. In 2017 and 2018, Ali led several successful exists, including the sale and divesture of leading national mortgage and title insurance concerns based in Texas and Florida.

Ali and his team are now building HyperSmart Home Loans into one of the fastest growing boutique lenders in America. They are focused on specialized and traditional loan products, great pricing, white-glove customer service, and employing tenured staff coupled with modern systems to significantly improve the lending experience for their clients and referral partners.

Ali is also the Co-Founder and CEO of CIMA AI, which is an advanced AI start up in Austin focused on predictive analytics and marketing automation in the financial services market.

Ali lives in West Austin with his wife, and three sons. When off the clock, he is passionate about philanthropy, vintage cars, live music, and fitness.
